Plan Maestro Piedra del Traro
Descripcion proyecto
El encargo consistió en realizar un plan maestro inmobiliario y una estrategia de valor agregado para un terreno compuesto por dos paños que juntos sumaban poco más de 15 Há.
Los terrenos están ubicados en la localidad de Las Cruces, sector Piedra del Traro, comuna del Tabo, al poniente de la Ruta G-98-F (Av. Litoral de Los Poetas) y al norte de Avenida Las Salinas.
Se realizó una etapa de análisis y una propuesta de plan maestro con un producto inmobiliario mixto de edificios y terrenos para la venta.
