Plan Maestro Condominio El Polo Maitencillo

Descripcion proyecto

Los terrenos del Plan Maestro Polo Maitencillo se ubican en segunda línea, a minutos del balneario del mismo nombre y a solo 153 km de Santiago.
El terreno total tiene una superficie de 27 Há. para el cual se desarrolló un plan maestro y posterior proyecto de condominio para venta de terrenos.
Este proyecto contaba en su génesis con una gran casona original del fundo y áreas verdes consolidadas que incluían una cancha de “taqueo” para prácticas de polo.
Aprovechando los atributos del lugar se desarrolló un conjunto de 237 lotes de alrededor de 800 m2, incorporando nuevas áreas verdes bajo un concepto de paisajismo sustentable.
